Our story · Webster Groves High School

Window Guys STL started in a classroom.

We’re seniors at Webster Groves High School. Our business grew out of Thrive, an entrepreneurship incubator we take as a class — a place where students build a real company instead of just reading about one.

What is Thrive?

“Empowering students to change the world.”

WG Thrive is the Webster Groves School District’s entrepreneurship incubator for high school juniors and seniors. Instead of lectures and textbooks, it’s a hands-on, learn-by-doing program: students build a real business in a real incubator facility, with educators and local entrepreneurs advising them along the way — and earn transferable college credit doing it.

It’s a partnership between public education, local business and the community, built to give students practical, real-world skills. Window Guys STL is our business. We chose window cleaning because it’s honest, hands-on work we can do well — windows, screens and frames all cleaned in one visit, right here in our own neighborhood.

Students, not a franchise

Every quote, every ladder and every streak-free pane is ours. When you hire Window Guys STL, you’re hiring students learning to run a company for real — and we treat every job like the reputation it is.

Meet the crew

Same faces on every job — the Webster Groves High School students who started this company in Thrive. One crew, one visit: windows, screens and frames.

No subcontractors, no mystery van. If you’ve got a question about the job, you can ask the people who are standing on the ladder.

How we got here
